HOW DO WE OPERATE?
Once you request information, we will contact you the next business day with a free personalized estimate. All scheduling must take place over the phone so we can ensure that your desired schedule is met. It also allows us to introduce ourselves and welcome you to the Top Notch Family.
The day before each of your cleanings, we will call to confirm your appointment. If you have any personal cleaning supplies that you prefer we use, just leave us a note and we would be glad to accommodate you. If not, we provide all the necessary cleaning supplies to ensure that your home is left Top Notch clean. The day after your first cleaning, we will contact you to ensure that your cleaning was done to satisfaction.

WHAT IS A REGULAR CLEANING?
Keeping your house clean on a regular basis is a chore that we do proudly here at Top Notch. The first visit to a home usually requires a little extra attention so we can get to know the way YOU like a house clean. After that we will return, weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly. Whether you are preparing the home for the next proud owner or are moving in yourself and need all of the details taken care of, we will be glad to come into the empty house and clean it top to bottom. Just call us before moving day and we will be glad to help. What's Included

WHAT DOES LICENSED, INSURED AND BONDED MEAN?
Top Notch Maids has taken all the necessary precautions to help assure you that your home and your belongings are safe when you hire our company. We are licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and are registered with the Department of Commerce as a cleaning company. We carry insurance that covers your home in case of accidental breakage or damage to the contents of your home that is proven to be caused by the negligence of our company. And to add an extra measure of protection for you, the customer, all of our cleaners are required to be bonded against theft in your home. Should one of our cleaners be found guilty of theft, you are covered for all damages.

MAY I LEAVE KEYS FOR THE MAID?
Absolutely, just decide on a designated area to leave them that is safe and out of public view. When setting up the appointment just let us know where you would like us to leave them when we are done. Please remember, long delays due to missing keys can inconvenience our next appointment, which could be you! Typically, it results in a cancellation, leaving us with a blank slot in the schedule that could have been better used serving others - or giving you that emergency cleaning because the in-laws are stopping in for dinner tomorrow!

If you ever feel that you have not received the best overall service possible, please let us know. Our 24 hour guarantee says that we will come back to your home, free of charge, to correct anything not cleaned properly. Sometimes people choose to switch to a completely new service before giving us the opportunity to act on our most important motto... Happiness Guaranteed. Friendly, personalized service is our goal, so call us, talk to us, and let us know what we can do to serve you better. Somebody is always here, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that situations arise that cause us all to change our daily schedules. In order to continue to provide you with the highest quality staff - and, more importantly, try to keep you with the same person each week - we make every effort to keep our staff working. If an cleaner is constantly getting their work canceled without compensation, they will leave to find a more consistent working environment. Because of this, we request that all customers give 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations without this advance notice will be subject to a $10.00 surcharge. If we arrive at the home and you cancel once we have made the trip out there, we reserve the right to charge a $25.00 trip fee.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Payment is due at the time of service. Credit card arrangements must be made prior to your cleaning through the office.

DO I NEED TO LEAVE CLEANING SUPPLIES?
We will provide everything we need to clean your home. If you prefer us to use your own vacuum or personal cleaning supplies, just let us know beforehand. We will be glad to accommodate you.

If something in your home should break due to our negligence don't worry, that is what licensed, insured and boded is all about. Please call us immediately so we can work to resolve the problem.

HOW ARE OUR CLEANERS SCREENED?
We run thorough criminal background checks on all potential cleaners using a private investigation firm prior to sending them out into the field. Employment history is verified and driver's license and proof of insurance is checked as well to help insure that all of your possessions are safe. We require that all of our cleaners be bonded as well.
